The Mighty American Strike Force in Puerto Rico

Puerto Rico, like other U.S. territories, has no voting representation in the United States Congress and, therefore, no electoral votes for president. Puerto Rico can, however, participate in the primary process and send delegates to the RNC and DNC conventions.

In the 2016 Republican primary, Florida senator Marco Rubio captured over 70% of the votes and Puerto Rico sent 23 Rubio-bound delegates to the Republican National Convention in Ohio. Donald Trump was in second place with just over 13% followed by Texas senator Ted Cruz with just under 9%.
